Ordering and fulfillment
Full payment is required before an order is processed. Once an order is already in process, additional items should generally be placed as a new order. Contact us if order combination is needed.
Cancellations after order picking may be subject to a processing fee. Cancellations cannot be made after products have shipped.
Shipping, delivery, and inspection
Flat packed orders are prepared for pickup or freight based on current warehouse workload and product availability. Freight orders are packaged in individual boxes, placed on pallets, and shrink wrapped.
For freight delivery, a responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign the delivery paperwork. If items are missing or visibly damaged, have the carrier note it on the bill of lading before signing.
Samples and color review
We recommend ordering sample doors before large projects whenever possible. Samples make it easier to confirm style, color, and finish details with homeowners, designers, contractors, and project partners.
